Submission.
[via Madi]

I never thought my scars were beautiful. But, it did make me REALLY mad when my mom openly told me that she was ashamed and embarrassed by my self-injury.
That’s not something that someone who hates herself wants to hear, under any circumstances.

Teen Girl Exorcism Squad: "Half of the population is probably affected by demons..." ⇢

youmightbeanatheist:

The video on this one alone is worth checking out. ROFL!

Brynne said she can tell when someone is demonically possessed when she looks into his eyes.

Wait wait wait… which one am I … now!?

:P

“When you look at that person, you could just see the evil looking back,” she said.

O_o

The girls say there are many different types of demons, each with their own names and personalities. One demon, Brynne said, is named Jezebel and is very proud and haughty.

“There’s Hate, Murder, Anger, all of those are very violent demons,” she added.

Uh… those are emotions. Not demons.

May as well believe that love and kindness are angels. Those are also emotions. Idiots.

Reading this kind of made me want to cry.

I mean… I understand that exorcisms can actually help people. (Ask me about it, I have a real reason I promise)…

But, these girls and their father charge over 400 dollars for their “services” and abuse their “gifts” and “skills” and it makes me sick. And then say that most people need more than one exorcism.

They’re taking advantage of people and it makes me want to cry.

Hey, militant vegans…

When you judge people for their dietary choices, this is what you look like.

You look like THOSE douche bags.

Stop it.

Things Tumblr’s new community guidelines says:

teaandtheatre:

  • Don’t orchestrate “follow trains”.

Things it doesn’t say:

  • You’re not allowed to send death threats
  • Because they’re free speech
  • Same thing with outing hundreds of people across the country
  • Also dealing with racism
  • You’re just supposed to suck it up
  • But lordy no, don’t let those crazy teenagers get more followers
  • That’s what’s truly wrong with tumblr
  • So yeah, don’t do it
  • H8rs 2 da left

This is a bit much…

What exactly is supposed to be accomplished by eating and drinking Jesus?  I mean, he told his disciples to do it, but is there some significance beyond that?  It’s just kinda … ummm, very …. ummm, EXTREMELY messed up.

It’s not the actual consumption that’s significant here. It’s what it represents.
It’s the fact that you’re symbolically taking Jesus into your body, into your soul, I guess.
I’m not saying it’s not weird… But, there’s no need to be blatantly insulting about it. This is one thing that I seriously dislike about the atheist community. Don’t fight fire with fire, guys. When Christians who already are going to act like assholes towards atheists see things like this, it only adds more fuel to their fire.
Just stop. You catch more flies with honey.
